Ingredients

  • Urad Dal : 1 cup

  • Chana Dal : 1 cup

  • Sesame Seeds (Til) : 2 tablespoons

  • Red Chillies : 1 cup

  • Asafoetida (Hing) : pinch

  • Salt for flavor

Directions

  • Roast the chana dal and urad dal to a brown color.
  • Dry grind to a fine powder.
  • Add the chillies, sesame seeds and salt and continue to grind.
  • Mix well.
  • Store in a bottle
