Urad Dal : 1 cup
Chana Dal : 1 cup
Sesame Seeds (Til) : 2 tablespoons
Red Chillies : 1 cup
Asafoetida (Hing) : pinch
Salt for flavor
Directions
- Roast the chana dal and urad dal to a brown color.
- Dry grind to a fine powder.
- Add the chillies, sesame seeds and salt and continue to grind.
- Mix well.
- Store in a bottle
