Rava Dosa
Ingredients
- Fine rava (Sooji) : ¾ cup
- Rice flour : ¾ cup
- Maida : ¼ cup
- Sour yogurt : 3 teaspoons
- Fresh cilantro (chopped finely) : A small bunch
- Finely chopped onion : ¼ cup
- Cumin Seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil : ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a large bowl.
- Make a thin batter by adding water a little at a time while stirring.
- Let the batter stand for a half-hour.
