Ingredients
Soraekai (Ghia) : 1 large
Khoa : 12 Oz
Saffron : 2-3 pinch
Sugar : 3 cups or to taste
Cashew pieces and raisins : 1/4 cup
Ghee : 2 Tbsp
Instructions
Peel and grate the Soraekai. Then squeeze all the juice from the grated Soraekai
Lightly fry the cashews in the Ghee till they are golden brown Mix all the ingredients together till they are evenly combined
Transfer to a lightly greased tray and bake until the top browns nicely. Cool completely before serving
