Ingredients

  • Fine rava (Sooji) : ¾ cup

  • Rice flour : ¾ cup

  • Maida : ¼ cup

  • Sour yogurt : 3 teaspoons

  • Fresh cilantro (chopped finely) : A small bunch

  • Finely chopped onion : ¼ cup

  • Cumin Seeds : 1 teaspoon

  • Vegetable Oil : ½ cup

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a large bowl.
  • Make a thin batter by adding water a little at a time while stirring.
  • Let the batter stand for a half-hour.
