Rava Dosa is another type of popular dosa and can be made with very little preparation. It is best with Green coconut chutney, White coconut chutney, or chutney powder.
Fine rava (Sooji) : ¾ cup
Rice flour : ¾ cup
Maida : ¼ cup
Sour yogurt : 3 teaspoons
Fresh cilantro (chopped finely) : A small bunch
Finely chopped onion : ¼ cup
Cumin Seeds : 1 teaspoon
Salt : To taste
Vegetable Oil : ½ cup
Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a large bowl.
Make a thin batter by adding water a little at a time while stirring.
Let the batter stand for a half hour.
