Urad Dal : 1 ¼ tablespoon
Coriander Seeds (Dhania) : 3 tablespoons
Black Pepper : 1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds (Til) : 2 teaspoons
Red Chillies : 10 -12
Dry grated coconut : ½ cup
Vegetable Oil : 1 tablespoon
- Fry everything with a little bit of oil.
- Grind it into a powder using a spice grinder.
- Store in an airtight bottle for several months, or in the freezer for much longer.
