Ingredients

  • Urad Dal : 1 ¼ tablespoon

  • Coriander Seeds (Dhania) : 3 tablespoons

  • Black Pepper : 1 teaspoon

  • Sesame Seeds (Til) : 2 teaspoons

  • Red Chillies : 10 -12

  • Dry grated coconut : ½ cup

  • Vegetable Oil : 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Fry everything with a little bit of oil.
  • Grind it into a powder using a spice grinder.
  • Store in an airtight bottle for several months, or in the freezer for much longer.
